1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the World Cup 2026 transport platform, which connects customers with approved drivers for stadium transfers, hourly rides, VIP service and the drivers network. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. The Services
The platform is an intermediary that enables booking of transport services. Drivers are independent service providers, not employees of the platform. We offer: stadium transfers (fixed go/return routes), hourly driver, drivers network, and VIP service.
3. Bookings & Pricing
Each driver sets their own prices (route prices, hourly rate and VIP rate). The customer sees these prices and chooses the driver that suits them. The price shown at the time of booking is the final price for the trip.
4. Commission & Fees
The platform charges a commission of 15% of the trip value, deducted from the driver only. That is, the driver's payout = trip value minus 15%. The customer pays no extra fee or commission — the price shown at booking is exactly what they pay.
5. Driver Obligations
The driver must hold a valid driving licence, insurance and a roadworthy vehicle, keep their details (make, model, colour, plate number, seats, operating city) accurate and up to date, and honour the trips they accept at the agreed times.
6. Customer Obligations
The customer provides accurate details at booking (name, contact, pickup point, destination, date and time), is present at the agreed time and place, and treats the driver and vehicle with respect.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe). The platform collects the trip value from the customer and then transfers the driver's payout after deducting the platform commission (15%).
8. Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible if your plans change. Refund policy may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the trip status. For special cases, contact support.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is a booking intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of drivers or customers, the condition of vehicles, or any damages arising from the service. Responsibility for providing the transport lies with the independent driver.
10. Privacy, Changes & Contact
